★☆☆☆☆“I bought 2 items from FLANNEL clothing store in High Street yesterday , as my local shopping place. I thought there was a “hard sell” for the pants, which were really expensive. After hearing their repeated views on how wonderful they looked on me (not) i put them on again this morning and they really do not suit me. It will cost a fortune just to pay for shortening. I rang the store to find they DO NOT offer refunds- only a time limited credit note. Really? I haven’t had this before. I would advise people to STRONGLY CONSIDER whether they buy from this store, and certainly DO NOT pay any attention to the shop assistants as clearly they want you to buy items regardless of how they look on you. They do not make their policy clear, which i believe is dishonest. I will not buy from this store again and advise others to BEWARE. Maybe stick with larger reputable stores. I advise double checking with High Street Armadale stores re their refund policies. I would just like to add i have a personal policy of not writing negative reviews unless i feel really strong about the issue. I have bought from this store on multiple occasions previously; although not with the same gushy pushy saleswoman.. Never again!”
