We were spoken to quite aggressively by an assistant while simply trying to check the price of an item on a mannequin, and it felt like we were being treated as if we were trying to steal. When we asked to try the item, they even brought the wrong colour, which just added to the frustration. I’ve shopped in COS stores around the world and have never had an experience this negative.”

Following that wonderful interaction, I struck up a conversation with Sof, one of the other staff members, who not only helped me at the register but also spoke with me as though we had been friends for ages! gave me a great sense of comfort in that workplace. I felt like I had made two new friends and found a new store to buy all of my items from when I left! Excellent clothing and wonderful people.”

Poor quality, definitely not what a leather shoe should look like after 1 wear. Tried contacting customer service couple.of times, which no one has actioned.
