The only downside is that they don't receive all stock/colourways available online and the larger sizes aren't always available to view on the racks so you need to ask for them. Avoid early Saturday/Sunday morning if you're in a rush as the staff and change rooms can be a little busy, but usually you can walk straight into a change room by lunch time.”

There were 3 girls working and they were all just standing behind the desk looking girls up and down in a very judgmental way. Not once did any of them acknowledge me by saying hello or smiling but not even anyone else who walked in when I did. I’m really disappointed that the vibe wasn’t welcoming and I don’t think I’d want to shop there again due to the lack of customer service. I didn’t want someone waiting on me but it would be nice to be acknowledged or smiled at.”
