  “All Woolies are the same until they aren't and this one made me feel good due to the dual escalators taking you up to the store and what seemed like longer aisles. Even at 8pm on a Wintery July night, everything was orderly and available with adequate staff and security. Some fresh food items like Fish etc were obvs not available nor open. To be expected. I only came here to suss out if they had liver. Odd thing to want I guess. I am trying to boost my muscles and strength thru weight training and protein intake. 2g per kg of weight. I'm eating tuna, sardies, chicken, beans, lentils, peas, cottage cheese and ricotta. It's a lot and yet I am only hitting 1.5g/kg. And I do genuinely like liver. Plus, it's good value. Sadly, no liver found. I got a bottle of water instead. Store was clean, orderly, and ample staff about. I only engaged with two and they were friendly enough (the lady manning the self service and oldmate the security guard).”

  “what a horrible experience. after making us wait for them for ages to sort their prices that were not even in computer, making us feel as if we did not see it right, just to go and confirm the price we saw was right, they shamed us into buying that product. We were too distracted and i in pain to fight for ouselves. we did not go to shop ready to fight with them. not shopping at woolworths ever again”

  “I’ve been forced to switch to this Woolies since Fitzroy closed and it’s not great. There’s no music playing ever. There’s this chime sound that goes off every 30 seconds near the check outs all day every day that is enough to send you postal. It just repeats over and over and over and you can hear it from every corner of the store. It is SO FRUSTRATING someone please make it stop. The staff treat you like you’re robbing the joint for something like a simple exchange. Maaaaan we all miss Smith Street Woolies. That store was much more of a community vibe. And their radio worked so we had something to listen to while we shopped. It’s a real shame it’s between this and Smith Street Coles”

  “At around 1.30 pm on 24 November, store person 'Noah' was witnessed taking a photo of a disabled person in the self-service section of the store. This conduct was totally unexpected and unacceptable. It has tarnished my trust and faith in the Woolworths and should never be representative of the typical conduct to expect in Woolworths stores.”
