★☆☆☆☆“The single worst delivery experience I have ever had. I moved from NZ to AU. IKEA delivered the furniture outside of the house (having paid for it to be put in the house). Furniture was stolen and a friend of mine was confronted when someone was taking the furniture. IKEA’s response was to give me a refund for the stolen item but no apology as to why they did not bring it into the house despite the house being open. On top of this I paid for assembly but the person did not turn up. They then asked me to sorry it out myself and said I should try Airtasker. Very poor service, I am sure for some they are fine - but delivery and online are poor for me,”

★☆☆☆☆“The shower head set displayed in the store had an adjustable spray function, but after I bought it and installed it at home, I found out that the one in the box looks the same but has no adjustable function. I’m very disappointed because I spent a lot of time only to end up with a different product. I also noticed that people had pointed out this issue online a long time ago, yet it still hasn’t been fixed!”
