  “Great variety of swimwear for all body shapes at different price points. I was left a bit disappointed with the customer service as there was no one came to help at the fitting rooms but rather I can hear them having their own personal conversations outside- I also approached a lady for help however she seemed reluctant to leave her spot and just verbally told me where an item was. Also- feels a bit odd to just walk out with swimwear in hand without being offered a bag. I was told it would be a welcoming atmosphere which is why I chose to come as I’ve never shopped for swimwear however I was left to help myself.”

  “Ive always struggles with self image, especially with swim wear. I walked in with my Auntie, look for something to wear out to a water park and at home, something the hold the girls in while feeling comfortable, and confident. Greeted at the door and instant help, the girls were so lovely, straight up honest, made us feel so good about ourselves. A massive shout out to Anna aswell, her customer service skills, out of this world. Treated us like humans and made our day. Thank you Anna, You deserve a raise ❤️”

  “I rarely write reviews but felt strongly about sharing the great experience my mother had at Swim Wear Galore's Malvern store recently. My mother was feeling very nervous and self-conscious about an upcoming family holiday and what she would find in physical store. We were helped by friendly staff, who saw how worried my mother was. They reassured her and made her feel comfortable, quickly finding solutions for her (she was very specific about what she wanted). Big call out to Pela who went the extra step with a friendly and caring approach. She was busy but made sure Mum was taken care of and happy with her choices. Good to know positive customer experiences in store are still possible.”
