★☆☆☆☆“Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. The car park closing time is extremely poorly signposted, to the point of being misleading. I entered the car park just before 11pm to quickly shop at Coles, knowing Coles closes at 11pm. At no stage was it clearly stated that the car park itself also shuts at 11pm. On exiting, I passed the boom gates only to find the gates ahead already closed. The green button did not work. There was NO intercom, NO emergency phone, NO contact number, and NO instructions anywhere. To make matters worse, once you pass that point, there is no way to turn around, effectively trapping customers with zero assistance. I contacted Coles immediately and was told they “have nothing to do with the parking.” This response is beyond frustrating. As a customer who had just spent money there minutes earlier, being dismissed and left stranded is completely unacceptable. Whether Coles manages the car park or not, the centre and its tenants share responsibility for customer safety and access. This is not just poor service it is dangerous, careless, and poorly managed. Allowing customers to enter close to closing time and then locking them in without warning, support, or a way out is ridiculous. Saying “we have nothing to do with it” is not an excuse. Centre management needs to get this sorted immediately -Proper, unavoidable signage -Clear warnings before closure -Working intercoms or emergency contacts -A system that doesn’t trap customers I am extremely disappointed and angry. This should never happen to anyone.”

★★★★☆“A nice spots to have brunch, get groceries, medications and all other basic needs. I do like the outlays of this spot but sadly I do not visit them often as they are on the complete opposite direction to me. They have lifts and escalators to move from the parking lot.”

★☆☆☆☆“So hard to navigate to the underground car park!!! Hard to find an entry hard to find the right direction to go once you go inside to the tollbooth and then once you leave if you accidentally leave the wrong way, you are not allowed to turn left or right or go straight ahead in some circumstances and therefore you must… Do some kind of U-turn in the middle of an intersection??? As my photos show… The entrance is displaying contradictory arrows on the floor and no entry signs above”
