She helped us arrange for medication and visited him on short notice, and even delivered the medication herself to our house due to its refrigeration requirements.   “Our beloved 19 year old cat, Pepe, suddenly became very ill and within days we were met with the extremely tough decision to have him put to sleep. We knew we needed him back home and for that to be his final resting place in our loving arms, but with such short notice and the awful news and decision, we were beside ourselves not knowing what to do. We found Sue online and my partner had known her through a mutual acquaintance. Sue was able to assist even with short notice and it was booked for the next day. Everything that occurred throughout the morning was so professionally and delicately handled, it made such a devastating situation a lot more peaceful. Sue was amazing throughout: handling our beloved boy, words of comfort regarding our decision and his condition, interactions with our dogs and other family members that were also present, and the handling of everything after Pepe had crossed the rainbow bridge. Even the days following organising the cremation she continued to be professional and caring throughout. If you are in a similar situation and need someone with a personal, loving, experienced and patient touch, we cannot recommend Sue enough.   “Thank you Dr. Sue for doing a quarantine vet check for our US import Spaniel. He had a very long commute from Michigan to Melbourne & we needed a vet to visit him. Dr Sue was very attentive & able to visit him swiftly & called us right after his check. Thank you Dr Sue for giving some treatos too, he loves treats. To know he had Dr Sue visit him gave us peace of mind & helped check his health after his long commute. We can't wait to be reunited with him soon & drive him back to Sydney.
