Absolutely outstanding experience at Animal Eye Care in Malvern. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated our little dog with genuine kindness and patience, which immediately put us at ease. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain our dog’s eye ulcer, the treatment plan, and what to expect during recovery. The care was gentle, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Thanks to their expertise and follow-up, our dog’s eye is healing well and she’s getting back to her happy self. We’re incredibly grateful for the compassion and skill shown here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing specialized eye care for their pet.

The team at Animal Eye Care are always caring and compassionate. The dogs are treated like members of the family and the specialists are so gentle with pups as well as adults. Cannot recommend highly enough! Also fantastic that they travel and you can see if they are at a clinic closer to you. When emergencies happen, they are right there with you to help and guide you. A+++

I cannot tell you just how impressed I am with this clinic. The staff are so friendly and helpful and put me at complete ease. Dr Matt is the best doctor I have ever seen, including human doctors! He is so kind, solutions focused and calming. Normally vets fill me with anxiety, but Dr Matt's nature was just amazing. He gave me great advice and told me what I should speak to my local vet about. I left knowing everything would be ok. He is an absolute gem! My cat was so relaxed at this clinic, I've never seen her so chilled out. What an amazing facility. Can not recommend it highly enough

Our dog, Macaroni, recently had eye removal surgery here. The vets, nurses, and reception staff are all so caring and compassionate. It was a tough situation but it really helped knowing that our dog was in safe hands. It’s been ten days since his surgery and he is recovering so well. They did such a fantastic job, he didn’t look gruesome like a lot of post op pictures we had seen online. The day after surgery we received a courtesy call to see how Macaroni was doing, and we were able to call at any time during that week to speak to a nurse or vet about any concerns we had. Very happy with the service here. Thanks everybody

We took our cat Bingo to Animal Eye Care regularly since a little over a year ago. He had a luxated lens and glaucoma which was very alarming for us to realise, particularly as it’s something our usual vet didn’t have the capacity to diagnose and treat. I was initially very nervous about taking him somewhere new and not local as he was an anxious cat and didn’t travel well, but from our very first moment walking into the clinic, both us and our Bingo were beautifully supported and looked after. He was prescribed eyedrops several times daily to control pressure and ease discomfort, and the change in his demeanour once the pressure was controlled was amazing. He was so clearly more comfortable. The doctors were very gentle with him, and very communicative with us, answering every question in detail and making sure we had a great care plan in place that suited Bingo’s needs. The nurses were also incredible, helping us clean up Bingo and his carrier every time we came in, never making a fuss and treating him with dignity. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care, kindness, patience and professionalism we experienced here. Bingo was in amazing hands for his last year with us, and we would recommend Animal Eye Care to anyone. The team were such a blessing to us during a difficult time. Thank you again - Petra and Jared
