Stopped at exit by same guy suspecting I have not paid for items and just walking out, three times now, all three times he was wrong. I do understand it's fair for retail stores to be cautious and perhaps even check receipts, but the way this person speaks is rude, I felt I have been treated like I stole something. They really need some training to the staff

Shop online at Woolworths for your groceries. We're here to help you eat fresher healthier food, 7 days a week with low prices always.

Been coming here for years and it's a decent branch, but needs to revamp the car park (or needs a decent clean). - Over the years, I've seen a few cars getting dints from other car doors opening because of tight parking spaces. The trolley sanitising wipes needs to be replenished more often and trolleys need a coin to unlock (unlike Coles down the road). Despite my first world problems, I still like coming here because the staff are awesome.

The store is good but the staff is really disappointing. Today I just went to get sushi during my lunch break and i checked out through the self checkout, and I was stopped and asked by the person stationed at checkout if I paid for the stuff or not because he apparently saw me just walk out with sushi. Now if this was a one time incident I would have let it go but this has happened with me in the same store by a different lady twice. Funny how I face this issue only at the Kew store and not any other stores. I have felt racially profiled all these 3 times which is not a good experience as a shopper. I hope the store authorities take this seriously and sensitise their staff, it doesn't feel welcoming to me as a shopper.

Came to pick the online order here.... waited for 20 mins as i was told that order is still getting picked up but after 20 mins i was told the order went missing and i have to cancel it. There were 2 orders with me and both got it picked up and if they knew order is missing why did I for my 20 mins wasted they could have informed but they lied that it's still getting picked. Worst expirence won't visit this store again.
