  “Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Absolutely the worst Click & Collect experience I have ever had at Coles Kew. I parked in the designated Click & Collect bay and called the number provided, clearly giving my name and letting them know I had arrived. I was told it would take 5 minutes. After waiting more than 10 minutes with no update, I called again. This time I was asked to spell my name, then told they “couldn’t find” my order and was instructed to come upstairs — which completely defeats the purpose of Click & Collect. When I went upstairs and waited at the service desk, a staff member from self-checkout asked if I was okay. I explained I was there to collect my online order, and she simply walked away without responding or offering any help. Completely dismissive and unprofessional. After waiting again, I called for the third time and was told to go near the bakery area. Two young staff members were there laughing and clearly not busy. I was standing outside the marked line, yet one of them pulled out my crate, looked at me, and rudely said “Out, out” twice — even though I had not crossed line. The attitude was disrespectful and unacceptable. I should never have been told to come upstairs in the first place — staff are supposed to bring the order down to the Click & Collect bay. The whole experience showed a lack of organisation, poor communication, and very poor customer service. This store seriously needs to improve staff training and professionalism. Extremely disappointing.”

  “Bad bad staff, the manager is the worst guy. They do not respect others time. Being one of the delivery drivers- this store gives you so many troubles.Currently waiting outside from half an hour for staff to come and open the door but no one cares.”

  “Four years ago I raised an issue about the car park exit but nothing has been done about it. The exit ramp is too steep and you will scrape the bottom of your car. You can see the concrete has been worn away from thousands of cars scraping on it. So be wary driving in and out of here. I drive a car with lower clearance so I no longer shop here.”
