★★★★★“Tucked away in a small laneway, Meat Me Now is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The food was original and delicious. Beautifully crafted and the steak is one of my favourite dishes! They have a large selection of drinks so we had many delicious options to choose from. Service was at a nice pace so you could savour your food leisurely. Every food and drink option was at a great price and the atmosphere was beautiful! Outdoor seating was nice and had fairy lights. Indoor, there is a bar with high stools, tables, comfy chairs and cushioned bench seats. Lavatories on site were really clean. Background music was nice and soft and overall, it was not to noisy so you could talk and hear others clearly. Meat Me Now is a hidden gem and truly deserves to be seen. Highly recommended !!!”

Tucked away like a hidden gem in a laneway roughly about 40m off busy Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn (near corner of Burwood Rd), we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. Background dinner music was nice and the volume was at a comfortable level, creating a relaxing atmosphere for those who enjoy catching up with friends over many choices of beer on tap, cocktail/mocktail, and the beautifully served canapes. We also ordered some mains to try and we completed our dinner with some dessert and a coffee; absolutely a perfect ending. Overall the food was prepared to a very high standard and was so tasteful with that great balance which actually made me wanting more. Environment was nice and clean. Service was great, friendly and attentive. We and our friends had a great experience at this tucked away bar restaurant. Meat Me Now is no doubt a "hidden gem", waiting to be discovered more. It's worth spreading the words. I highly recommend.”
