I went in for my assessment this year. The staff attended to my multitude of questions before I was booked, with the level of detail I was looking for. The scheduling was prompt in comparison to what I had heard about typical wait times for an assessment. The payment processing was smooth, and allowed to be broken down per session. The doctor/psychologist who oversaw my assessment was Dr. Lauren Hanegraaf. The sessions were calm and productive. The doctor was friendly and helpful. The report was thorough, and included many important components such as: assessment details, suggested workplace accommodations, recommendations for future help and resources. Most important was the summary, which was quite humanizing in my time of uncertainty and worry. The clinic/doctor label their services as neuro-affirming, which I find to be accurate. Should you need to find a quality clinic to manage your assessments, they will serve you well.

I feel so lucky to have Dr. Robyn Brown as my therapist over the past ten months. She is very smart and insightful. When I first saw her, I was in a very bad place and felt hopeless. But through our sessions, she guided me to think about things I had never considered before. I have no idea what magic she worked on me, but my life and my relationship are finally getting back on track - exactly what I was hoping for. And best of all, Robyn has a great sense of humour! What more could I ask for?

Detailed information on the team profiles. I was able to select someone to work with and they have been an amazing match for me. I have been working with Alice Swing for a couple of months now and she has given me practical and realistic tools to add to my skillset. She is able to help me identify areas to strengthen and build on, I always come out of a session feeling enlightened and encouraged. I do all of my appointments via Zoom which I absolutely love, so convenient, easy and comfortable.

I worked with Zac for 3 years who was fantastic helping me work through generalised anxiety and depression. We used a self-compassion and ACT framework that worked exceptionally well for me. I have been seeing Belinda for 1 1/2 years dealing with complex trauma, and she has also helped me get my ADHD and Autism diagnoses (which Zac helped to identify). We’ve been using an IFS framework for my trauma which also incorporates compassion with its “no bad parts” approach. Both have an excellent work ethic, personalising treatment for individual needs. They both have a very gentle approach, which has helped me to feel safe in the therapy space. Most importantly, they are curious to understand their clients rather than quick to judge, in order to “fix” the client. Also they are both comfortable with accountability, and any mistakes that have occurred have always been met with immediate repair. These qualities are very important to me as I have had major problems with other therapists because of this, but not with Zac and Belinda. Belinda has also devoted a lot of additional time to helping me work through a very traumatic experience. Both have been incredible for me and I highly recommend them both.

I was due to see Andrea. She called me prior to our initial appointment and we had chat about my specific requirements. She then kindly referred me to a psychologist who specializes in my specific concerns - she said she did not want to just through the motions with me for the sake of it but wanted to get me the help O really needed. I found her so honest and easy to talk to and truly appreciate the effort to get me the help that would benefit me the most.
