★☆☆☆☆“the amount of 1 star reviews speak for itself. alex is clearly stubborn and touchy, can’t take any sort of criticism from the reviews and gets super defensive. extremely unprofessional towards his staff’s and a rude individual in general, will try to come across as a welcoming and talkative person at the start towards customers but a whole different story towards his staff’s. nobody would like to deal with him even as customers knowing he treats his staffs so poorly, so please before visiting consider every reviews posted. only a professional at getting rage baited by all the honest people leaving honest and genuine reviews.”

Alex offered me a discount when I was a bit short of cash in my access account (which wasn’t necessary but thank you for offering) Alex also recommended I purchased my medication as an over-the-counter product, which cost less than if I had filled my prescription. He also let me know that the generic paracetamol behind the desk was much cheaper than the Panadol on display. He was very kind and friendly, despite dealing with a disgruntled customer before me. The store’s stock is overpriced compared to other nearby pharmacies, and there are cheaper alternatives just down the road. I’ve also witnessed the pharmacist treating staff rudely, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for both employees and customers. Overall, the service and professionalism here fall far below what you’d expect and I would urge avoiding this pharmacy at all costs”
