★★★★★“Finally visited one of Melbourne’s top-ranked steakhouses, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is lively and the service is incredibly energetic — almost theatrical at times. Every table seemed to be laughing at some point, which made the whole dining experience feel fun and engaging. We ordered the 1kg Cote de Boeuf. The cut had a great balance of fat and lean meat, thick and satisfying. It was slightly over our preferred doneness, but still juicy and full of flavor. The sauces are complimentary — the red wine sauce was my favorite and paired beautifully with the steak. For starters, the snapper crudo stood out. The combination of tomato jelly and plum was refreshing and well balanced. The roasted cauliflower with a creamy touch was also enjoyable. Overall, it’s not cheap, but the quality, produce, and atmosphere justify the price. A great spot for celebrations or special occasions.”

★★★★★“This was hands down the best steak we’ve had in Melbourne. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Although each seating is limited to two hours, the waiting staff and kitchen team worked in perfect harmony to ensure customers did not feel rushed. The appetisers were all fantastic—especially the steak tartare, which absolutely lived up to its high reputation in other reviews. But the standout for us was the king prawn: incredibly fresh, and the sauce was so delicious we found ourselves asking for extra bread just to soak up every last drop! We were a party of four, each ordering a different cut of steak. There was a small mix-up with my order, but the team handled it with such professionalism and efficiency that my correct cut was brought out within minutes. Every steak was of superb quality and cooked to perfection. We left a generous tip—not only to cover the extra steak we took home due to the mix-up, but also to show our appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made the evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Melbourne. Highly recommended!”

★★★★★“The meat spoke for itself, didn't require anything but to be seasoned and cooked - which they do perfectly. Steaks had both the beefiness and aroma you'd expect, enough fat and marbling to make it juicy and melt in your mouth tender while not overwhelmingly fatty. I preferred the mid range steak (there was 3 different ones) as it carried the flavour and still had enough chew for my personal preference. The first or bottom tier - however you want to classify it lol since referring to it as the bottom tier wouldn't be fair as it was still is in an absolutely different league to your average steak. How I would describe it would be like taking the best average steak you've had and amplify it in every aspect by 10. The flavour of the fat, its tenderness and chew, the crust as you bite into it from that wonderful sear. Mid range, my favourite. Had similar aspects to the previous but now with an additional 3 or 4 MS score, which was very noticeable. We entered a new dimension of flavour, tenderness and in my opinion the perfect combination of butter like tenderness and just the right amount of chew in every bite. The top tier in their signature range, I should add. Well, it was exactly that. Absolute pinnacle of tender meat, that intense fatty and beefy taste. Just pure indulgence, which is incredible but can be a bit much and overwhelming if you sit down and eat an entire portion on your own with no sides. Speaking of sides, I've had some change your entire thoughts on what a side should be sides in the past and this wasn't it today. No issues with the sides that we did order but they were just that, sides. Just to accompany what was and I guess is supposed to be here as the main attraction, the steaks. Appetizers.. the croquettes were a standout to me personally as I love the texture of crispy, crunchy, then a soft and smooth mash like center. The beef short rib inside? Delicious, salty, flavourful and as you'd imagine tender. Cooked to the point they probably didn't even need to shred it as it just dissolves in your mouth lol The others were also great but the croquettes took the top spot in this category for me. The other 3 were still great, the iberico ham and chorizo puff thing was abit too intense for my liking but that again is a preference thing. Moving onto to entrees. The baked scallops? My absolute favourite of the day, surprised me as I didn't have the highest expectations since it's a steak place but I guess they do everything well. The sauce, whatever it was in tht scallop was insane. Whether it's just the flavour of the scallops itself or something they put in it, I want it jarred and on my toast every morning. Absolutely delicious 😋 When it came to the tartare there is no review necessary, it showcased exactly what they do there. Good quality meat, simple flavours and great execution or in this case the lack thereof. It was just 👌 Parfait was amazing as well but without being a standout in its own field to me personally as I didn't feel it was better or worse than others I'd had in the past. That being said no complaints. That leaves dessert? Not usually my forte lol but I'll give the crown to the creme brulee without a second thought. Wish I had my own one rather than sharing and I know my mate felt the same way as he polished the plate. Every element of it was perfect, the crack of that caramalised sugar on top as you dug your spoon through it. The words "wow you really gotta be rough with it" were spoken. The thick perfectly sweet without being overly indulgent custard underlayer paired with that almond disk of heaven, created a beautiful mouthful of flavour, texture and feel. Cheesecake and profiteroles were still good but definitely nothing to shout about. Infact, I was actually pretty disappointed by the profiteroles especially. Will without doubt be returning in the future to taste the favourites again and try the things we missed on the menu this visit.”

★★★★★“This was absolutely amazing. Worth the hype and the price tag, fit for any special occasion, every steak was mouth watering. We had several starters and the scotch fillet and eye fillet, accompanied by superb vino. Even the fit out was incredible . Make sure to sit at the bar for an interactive experience.”

★★★★★“Had lunch at Victor Churchill for anniversary, what an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was top notch along with the best service with Marco and Luke - second to none service. Highly recommended for anyone that would like to have an unforgettable “experience”. Would definitely come back. A certain steak house starting with M in Sydney has some catching up to do :)”
