Visited Pony for lunch, and it was not disappointing at all! Everything was well balanced. Tried the cocktail, small and large plates, and the dessert! The portions are good for you to try the other food too. Should try the garlic prawn and the scallop (not in the picture). Don’t miss out on the custard tart too! (P.S.: Trust their recommendations. Everything was spot on!) Will definitely go back here for the steak night!

Besides the delicious food, Sylvester is also one of the main reasons I would come back to this restaurant. He was warm and humorous, making us feel relaxed and welcome from the moment we were seated until the end of the meal. His attentive and professional service truly made our dinner even more enjoyable. The food was excellent as well. The bread and zucchini chips as appetizers left a strong impression on me — perfectly crispy and not greasy at all. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the beef was cooked just right. You can really tell that care goes into every dish. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. The ambiance is elegant and refined, making it a great place for gathering with friends or simply enjoying a nice evening out. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

We visited Pony on a Thursday evening as a group of four. While the food arrived in reasonable time, the menu felt limited and lacked variety. The overall dining experience was compromised by the cramped layout, tables are packed too closely together, making the space feel uncomfortable and detracting from any sense of atmosphere. • Chips: Portion size was noticeably small given the price point. • Chicken: Juicy, but not remarkable enough to stand out, at $60 • Scallops: okay but lacking finesse. • Wedge Salad: Poor value, essentially iceberg lettuce with mayonnaise and a knife stuck in the top. It felt more like a gimmick than a dish worth its menu price. • Flatbread and whipped feta was alright, crispy fried herbs were interesting. • Buffalo Mozzarella w/ sherry was a generous serving size. In short, Pony seems more like a venue riding on social media hype than a restaurant delivering genuine quality dining. It’s fine if you’re chasing a TikTok trend, but anyone with an appreciation for good food and thoughtful presentation will likely not come back.

Dined the $35 steak special with entrecôte sauce and fries. Added the dressed leaves and zucchini fries as extra. MUST TRY THE ZUCCHINI!!! I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu 😋😋😋 YUMMO

Me and my partner were fortunate enough to get the window table at Pony which we loved. The white wine I had was my favourite wine I’ve tried but unsure of its name and have since tried to find it on their website but no luck :( The entrees were amazing and prawns were some of the best i’ve ever had. We were given complimentary drinks and flatbread due to a wait on the mains which we didn’t even notice was long at all. The wait staff were all lovely and attentive. The mains were delicious and perfectly cooked. This place left us eager to come back again ASAP !!
