  “I arrived here after 9pm on a weeknight when my senior cat took a turn and needed urgent care. I called in advance to let them know what was happening with my cat and I was so grateful that they could see her that night. I was greeted warmly and immediately by the staff and my cat was taken into care promptly. Although I had a wait of about 3 hours while my cat had oxygen and was assessed, I was given regular updates by the friendly vet nurses. They made me feel valued and seen and offered words of reassurance while I waited too. It helped that I brought all my cats medication in so the vet could assess her needs (as this is not her usual vet). Highly recommend this as an after hours vet. My one tip is to bring a cushion (and water and snacks!) if you think you’ll be there for a while as the chairs aren’t the comfiest for sitting in for hours.”
