★★☆☆☆“I recently visited this location and, while it has potential, it’s clear that it could benefit from some significant improvements. The overall appearance feels dated and not particularly well maintained, which unfortunately takes away from the experience. A thorough renovation and some fresh design elements could really help bring new life into the space and make it far more inviting for visitors. Another concern is the limited variety of businesses currently operating here. Many of the shopfronts appear vacant or underutilised, which makes the area feel quiet and lacking in energy. Attracting more tenants, especially unique and interesting businesses, would give the place more personality and make it a more appealing destination. Increasing foot traffic should also be a priority. Whether through better signage, community events, live entertainment, markets, or special promotions, there are plenty of ways to draw more people in and give existing businesses a better chance to thrive. This would not only benefit the shop owners but also create a livelier and more enjoyable atmosphere for customers. Overall, this place has good potential but needs some love, investment, and fresh ideas to truly make it a vibrant and thriving spot. I look forward to seeing how it improves in the future.”

★★★★★“Great place to visit for your daily needs. There is a supermarket, a bakery, a cafe, a bottle shop, a sushi place, a butcher, a fishmonger, a butcher, a chemist / pharmacy and a medical centre. Definitely my one stop shop for most things.”

★★★★★“Great Willie’s and BWS as well as some other good food / deli providers , great chemist and surrounded by good shops in the area…. The car wash on the trip floor has to be the best car wash in Melbourne and there is no problem with parking even when busy in and around Tok H”

★★★★☆“It's a small and nice central where you can easily find essential stuff for everyday need without having to cross through huge shopping central, walking a distance to the car park. Over the last few years they have improve a lot even outside the centre with nice out door cafe. Lots of elderly living nearby, who are generally "slow", relaxed and nice people.”
