  “Good small supermarket. Nice bread and boutique items not available at other Coles. No staff on the checkout is the only complaint, its all self serve. This supermarket 100 x better than the Coles in chapel Street South Yarra we now avoid due to homeless people and odd people in the shop stealing. We now shop Coles Toorak.”

  “I am working on uber eats and I went for shopping in the store and when I asked a person to for checkout then she said that we don’t serve to uber drivers. She said that her store manager allow her to allow her not to serve uber drivers. I think that every customer is important for store even he is working on uber drivers.”

  “As this is a Coles local, dont expect that you will find everything like a normal Coles. However, this place packed with all the good stuff you need from the essentials to gourmet food brands. Spacious and nice inside. I really dont mind coming here at all. Wasn’t busy when I was there too. Parking around there is shocking as you expected.”

  “Very helpful and professional. I live here, shop here daily, have never experienced rude or unhelpful staff. I think some entitled people expect staff to be obsequious and if they aren't treate like royalty, they are very critical. I am very aware of how lucky we are living in such a lovely neighbourhood. We all should try and be gracious and kind.”
