★☆☆☆☆“Dog grooming: We had amazing reviews from friends of Tails at Toorak but unfortunately we had a very negative experience. Our puppy came out completely shaven, but his head and front paws un-touched. He had matting which we made them aware of, but they still shaved him without asking us first. We understand puppies can be very tricky but when they’re in a very over-stimulating environment with lots of other dogs running around under the grooming bench, it would be difficult for any puppy to feel calm. When considering here, please make sure a screening is done, there’s clear communication and ask how many dogs are in the daycare. There were over 10 when we picked our puppy up and it was just too chaotic. He was very stressed. Unfortunately we now have much more work to be done with our gorgeous puppy, so just writing a review to make sure other owners have the positive experience we were told we’d have.”

★★★★★“We visited this vet clinic today and received such wonderful care from Dr Gemma. She was very thorough and thoughtful examining my dog and coming up with a treatment plan. It was great to have a local vet clinic nearby that we can count on after picking up our dog from quarantine this week and having her be sick and worry us.”

★★★★★“This review is for Shelly - dog grooming. A 10/10 experience for the anxiety driven toy poodle I dog sit for. He had a sick day and needed a groom which Shelly popped me in same day which was much appreciated. Dropped him off nervous but came back to a happy as larry dog!!! Shelly is a wonderful presence and can’t recommend her enough. Thanks!!!”
