They recently moved into a new place in Toorak Village and it’s more spacious and well lit which is a nice upgrade. They’ve got a new washing service but haven’t made use of it yet.   “would be a 5 but they had to cease crystal litter. otherwise here is my fav - the lovely gruff guy with a glorious beard informed me that if i buy a bag of cat bikkies and only use a little (when spoilt bears don't like it) i can return it can get something else. i'd been giving it away (i know thats a good cause but $$ is tighter these days). Almost every time i have been there I have been offered help in the physical (height to reach) or health and feedback. well done team :)”
