★☆☆☆☆“I had a very uncomfortable experience at this pet shop and would not return. While I was there, I witnessed rough and aggressive handling of dogs during grooming. One dog appeared extremely distressed and was treated in a way that did not seem safe or humane. When something went wrong, staff were blamed loudly in front of customers instead of the situation being handled calmly. As a pet owner, animal welfare is extremely important to me. The environment felt stressful, not only for the dogs but also for the people working there. I left feeling upset and concerned. I would not recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s wellbeing.”
