  “We’ve been bringing our big guy here since we adopted him last year and now bring our new puppy as well, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. Dr Hannah is incredible! She’s seen us through many visits and takes great care to create a treatment plan that best suits the individual dog. The reception staff are so lovely every time we visit, and they’re super accommodating as he gets a bit too excited around other dogs. We’re really grateful for the care our dogs get here and for how kind everyone is.”

Rosie as she aged had many problems which were faced by us and all the staff at the clinic with care and love.   “No Empathy – Questionable ethics - Zero loyalty to customers We have been using this vet for years and spent thousands there. Never again. Dr Nicole Rous (sole owner of this Vet practice) engaged in what struck me as manipulative over servicing. She deliberately played on my heartstrings to order a test that was completely unnecessary. It cost approximately $250. She also charged a $150 consultation fee (instead of the usual $110) because I was 10 minutes late. In all the years I have been going here, I have spent thousands of dollars, never been late and have always been kept waiting (normal at a vet). To o simply gouge me a higher price and placing no value on our previous loyalty shows that Nicole cares more about her own pocket than she does loyalty or ethics. I feel she deliberately manipulated me so she could charge more money. For a Vet to have such a lack of empathy, I cannot, in good conscience, ever take our pets here again and I encourage others to find a Vet who cares more about her customers and patients than her own grubby pocket. This used to be a great Vet clinic . Nicloe Rous bought he practice late 2024. Since then, there has been a high turnover of Vets at the clinic, which tells it’s own story. I must say the staff who remain are lovely. Stay away.”
