  “I was disappointed. No queen size sheets or duvet covers, only the weird coloured ones that are scratchy, and the duvet covers were all singles or queens. A lot of shelves had just one or two broken items left for the home storage solutions, no nice prints for walls. I thought an air fryer would be nice but they only had the most expensive ones. Only the small trees left or the ugly too-big one. The clothes were all catering to size 16+ only. I was able to get pillows and some cheap towels but it was a waste of an evening tracking out. The Kmart in the city is half the size and has a significantly better selection. Also, a lot of the clothes in this kmart had no price tags? I won't be back to this kmart, either the city or the chaddy's tagret is the way to go, or online. I spent about $100 but I had about $300 planned. Pity, maybe it will improve once the Christmas stock clears out, because it was far better a few months ago.”

  “I visited the Richmond Kmart after seeing online that they had the item I needed in stock, even though I hadn’t placed any order. Jasper at the customer service desk went above and beyond—he didn’t have to help me search, but he kindly did. He even went into the storeroom and checked item by item until he found what I was looking for. I’m truly grateful for his warm and outstanding service.   “This branch is located inside a shopping center - Victoria Gardens, instead of a standalone store. Great prices and options, though some common items weren't in stock. Parking can be free if you're only doing a short visit (less than an hour from time of car park entry). There seems to be more staff here than the CBD store, but could be extras hired as it was close to XMAS shopping period when visited, and they were plenty helpful! Feels clean and tidy, easy to locate price check machines and most of them were working. Most items were located in intuitive isles. Easy to use self check out machines.”

  “Product layout makes no sense and sections are not clearly labeled. Very few workers present if you have a question, the two I managed find other than the one guarding the door were just in regular clothes so the only way to identify them is the little scanner/phone thing they carry around. I needed one thing their website said was in stock, I got told it was in four different places by three different employees and still wasn’t able to find it.”
