★★★☆☆“Ah yes, IKEA Richmond — the land where time, money, and sanity go to assemble themselves 🌀. You walk in just to “browse a bit,” and next thing you know you’re three meatballs deep, emotionally attached to a lamp named SKURUP, and somehow holding 47 tealights you don’t remember picking up 🕯️🛒. Every aisle feels like a choose-your-own-adventure — “Will I escape with my relationship intact?” or “Will I move into the mock apartment and start a new life?” The layout is designed like a psychological experiment: once you enter, there’s *no reverse gear*. Only meatballs and regret. And the checkout line… oh, the line 😭. By the time you reach it, your brain has melted faster than a candle in the lighting section. You’re questioning everything — do I really need this dish rack named GRUNDTAL? Yes. Probably. Because it’s only $12. But then you sit in the cafeteria, holding your 99¢ soft serve and admiring your haul like a battle trophy 🍦✨. You survived the maze. You conquered flatpack destiny. You are now one Allen key away from greatness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — would get lost again.”

★★★★★“Loved how I ended up finding everything I'd been planning to buy just by casually walking around, and scored the Friday half-price main while I was at it. Under $50, two problems solved, two stomachs happy.”

★★★★★“We always love our trips to IKEA! It’s the perfect place to find stylish furniture and just about everything you need for your home all in one spot. The IKEA cafe is a must-visit (especially for the hot dogs) and the staff are always so friendly and helpful.Highly recommend!!”

★★★★★“I ordered the SÖDERSVIK LED wall lamp a little while ago, and have finally had it installed, and it looks amazing in our ensuite. It is the perfect face level light, and is good quality throughout. I highly recommend this light.”

★★☆☆☆“This review applies to IKEA Richmond and IKEA online. Now i've updated it to go cover the Plasta drawers set of 3. Ordered X2 drawers. Not available for pick up at Richmond. Pay to get them delivered. The day before delivery, advised that part of the order is not available so will be refunded. Check IKEA Richmond (my local store that is a 2 min drive), said item in stock. Call service support, get missing items for free but have to pick them up. Delivery arrives, states to my front door. Delivery driver refuses to bring upstairs to my front door, leaves outside my apartment building front door. Call support again, get delivery refunded. Pick up missing stock items from store. Why did I have to get it delivered? Who ships an item without all components? Who would think refunding me for the missing items is a reasonable solution if I paid for delivery? How can you not deliver to my front door if that is what I paid for? The only reason this isn't 1 star is that customer support was fantastic. Honestly, what the hell IKEA ? Disappointing The plasta drawers instructions are vague. I'm half way through construction and I can see why IKEA charge $150 for someone to come build it. Cheap materials, poor construction quality. Almost impossible to build alone. Would not recommend.”
