  “Dined in this evening with my whole family and not only did we have the best smashed burgers in the east side, but we also had one of the best in restaurant experiences. Down to earth, genuine, jovial and present are some of the well deserved compliments i would pay to the staff and particularly the owner. He wants to improve his craft in every aspect of the meaning, not only to produce a fantastic tasting burger but to stand out in providing a genuinely human, humble yet outstanding service that we have missed seeing in our hospitality post covid. If you're looking for a place to have a mad smashed burger, i highly suggest you dine in and not just get takeaway. The experience alone will have us coming back time and time again. Thank you for the absolutely moreish burger but also the service! Can't wait to be back!”

  “Central Burgs in Deepdene Melbourne. So, this place is so close to my home and the last time I visited was 7 years ago. On Google Charrd is rated 4.4 while Central Burgs is 4.8 so why wouldn’t I give this a try again? Our group of 3 all ordered the Eden Smash Burger Double Wagyu beef patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Central sauce. It was very good, in many ways like Royal Stacks in quality which is a benchmark. All three of us agreed that the beef had a MacDonalds sort of taste but not in a bad way . It was an average double beef patty and the Buns needed to be toasted a bit because they were a bit doughy and my friend said they may be undercooked, but the burger did not get soggy at all. The cheese was at the top then the beef then the rest. The balance was perfect and the lettuce onion and tomato were the right temperature. We discovered the nice beer garden at the back, and we also had Onion Rings and Chips which were good but as normal, but we don’t include these in the rating. I score it just below the last Royal Stacks visit at 7.7”

  “I have died and gone to burger heaven. Since moving to the area, we have been searching for a great burger joint, and we have finally found it! Weird looking shop form the outside (there are tables out front though), very cool vibe inside though - including a beer garden out the back with oversized games (Connect4, Jenga), and on the inside free Arcade games and pinball too. Oh wait - the burger. It's been a really long while since I've had a 10 / 10 burger. Well, now I have, and we will be regulars. My son says the same. Great people, good chips (will try loaded ones next time), and INCREDIBLE BURGERS!!! Do yourself a favour, get a quadruple smash of whatever burger takes your fancy. Personal pick - Quad Bacon Hot Jam Smash. Utter bliss. Drop by and say hi to Titus - I most certainly will be again soon.”
