The day after after getting the money for the new Ipad they said we couldn’t do anything about it and when I asked for the guy (Sam) who I talked with the day before, they said he’s not here and when I asked them to call him they said he’s not answering!! I fixed my Ipad easily somewhere else and now I have a new Ipad that I really don’t need it. Think twice before you ask their help and ask advice from other technicians.”
