I got a lengthy explanation from management about why it was possibly not stocked; item didn’t sell, not available, not popular. From the outset when I said I had a query I was a problem to be solved. No friendly greeting or any offer to see if an alternative product could be sourced or any offer to see if a customer order might happen. No final greeting or a thank you for shopping at the store. I would have thought with a cost of living crisis one would be super nice to the customer.”

If you see items like Moondara blueberries (at the time of writing, late Octoberthey still had frozen tubs in stock, and I’ve been buying hoards), Hunted & Gathererd chocolate bars you know they do their organic sourcing right. I find their prices reasonable (factor in the health benefits of a non UPF diet and good, well sourced organic food is an essential investment). I buy a lot of fresh fruit and veg here too, including organic bananas I haven’t found anywhere else. It’s a credit to A&S that they have this range, it looks good and it tastes good. Bear in mind it’s organic so it’s not pumped with presentation and preservation chemicals, some of the comments made in other reviews show blissful ignorance. Lastly, and most importantly the staff are friendly and helpful.”
