  “We have been part of the Balwyn Discovery Bay family for more than three years, and we are truly grateful for the wonderful care, love, and dedication the team provides every single day. The centre offers exceptional programs, fun incursions and excursions, and amazing facilities that make it a warm and nurturing place for children to learn and grow. The meals and snacks are simply the best — from morning tea to afternoon tea, everything is prepared with so much love and care. A very special thank you to Ms.Tee for her delicious food, especially her signature pancakes that everyone loves! We would also like to thank Ms. Jing Wang, the lovely and caring Centre Manager, for her outstanding leadership and kindness; Mrs. Poonam for her energetic and caring personality and her kind heart; Ms. Ivy for her gentle care and love for the children, and Ms. Shareen for her always welcoming smile. All the educators, from the baby room through to the 4-year-old kindergarten room, are absolutely amazing, patient, and kind. We’re sorry we can’t mention everyone by name, but please know how much we appreciate each of you. Dylan will be finishing at the end of December, and we will truly miss you all so much.
