They checked her thoroughly and placed her on an IV drip to keep her hydrated (she’s only 1.5kg!), and they even allowed us to stay with her while she recovered, which meant so much. The atmosphere is calm and reassuring, and you can genuinely tell how much they care for the pups. Their thoughtful follow-up afterwards was greatly appreciated too.
