Also not great that so many dog owners don’t pick up after there dogs which means the grass is really only for dogs, unless you want poop all over your shoes/picnic blanket.”

Today I had the distressing experience of having two dogs (I was exercising for friends) run from the park and cross High Street. Miraculously they managed to make it home unscathed but it could have been a very sad ending to an outing at Victoria Square. Why is Toorak Park, where no dogs are allowed, fenced off? Why fence in humans when exercising and not do the same for much loved dogs?”
