Nice atmosphere and great food and presentation. Had the iced matcha with the cardamon and it was fantastic and a bit on the sweeter side. The scrambled eggs were great but ask for butter as they don’t bring it by default. Asked for multigrain bread instead of sourdough but it ended up being a sourdough multigrain 😊 The mushroom with eggs plate had Kale and delicious mushrooms and a hint of mint so the flavor was amazing but the sauce on the side was sweet so not exactly the best choice but it was on the side so didn’t worry me. Overall a fantastic experience. And their pot of tea is massive😀

If I could give this cafe 6 stars I would! This is the best brunch I’ve had in a very long time. The service was so friendly and helpful. They were informative and attentive, and I could see them chat and know their regulars super well. More than that, the staff seemed super switched on, happy to be there, diverse (they know what’s Halal on the menu as well as gluten free etc), how to make young parents and kids as well as older customers all feel comfortable and welcome. I was extremely impressed by this. (Especially in Armadale when some shops or other establishments are not known for being the most down to earth) When it comes to the food and drinks - similarly I was also really impressed. The menu has got the regular stuff alongside some really unique dishes and specials. I tried the cardamom latte (which was genuinely something I hadn’t seen anywhere else), and it was a combination of flavours that made me think - huh, really nice, hadn’t thought of that one before, and importantly, tasty. I tried the Turkish eggs and it was brilliant and generously sized. Atmosphere was also lovely, the seating inside and outside all seemed quite cozy. Note some caveats - I came on a weekday morning, so I wonder if there would be a different experience on a busy weekend. Also I didn’t see any big groups!

Starting with the warm spiced hot chocolate: Rich, earthy cocoa blend served in rustic handmade crockery, paired with fluffy marshmallows to balance deep bitter chocolate notes. A cozy, comforting opening drink to kick off the meal. The tuna poke bowl is brilliantly composed: Fresh raw tuna layered with crisp shredded carrot, creamy avocado, vibrant seaweed salad and finely cut nori sheets. The tangy creamy dressing zigzagged across top adds smooth richness, while a dusting of Japanese chili spice brings subtle heat, blending fresh seafood and crisp veggie textures perfectly. Seafood tomato spaghetti steals the main course spotlight: Al dente pasta tossed in a bright, savoury tomato sauce, piled high with plump grilled prawns, tender charred squid rings and glistening orange fish roe that pops with briny bursts. A lemon wedge cuts through the sauce’s richness, plus a faint herby drizzle on the side elevates every bite of this hearty seafood pasta. Overall, a well-rounded meal with thoughtful plating, fresh premium ingredients and balanced flavours across drink, salad and pasta courses.

We had the most amazing hens night here and couldn’t be more grateful to the team! A special shoutout to Josh, who went above and beyond all night - not only making sure we were well fed and hydrated, but also helping us set up and even snapping photos for us so we could fully enjoy the moment. That level of care truly made the night extra special. And the food… absolutely incredible as always. Every dish was a hit! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to the whole team for making it such a memorable night 🤍
