Within 5 minutes of the online booking, I received a lovely phone call from the team expressing their love and care for what we were about to go through. It gave great comfort at a time we were feeling all kinds of worry if she would be honoured the way we thought she should be. Upon arrival the team were friendly and accommodating and let us spend some peaceful time in a private room. They even found my cats favourite food and gave us one to treat her while we waited. The vet and assistants were all lovely, patient and acted calmly and respectfully throughout the entire process. My children and I left feeling so satisfied and cared for. Already entirely pleased with the level of service, a week later we received a beautiful hand written care card with well wishes and kind words. Just beautiful.
