  “I’ve been shopping with Bronze Snake for a couple of years now, mostly online. I like the clothes, the quality is good, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve visited the store twice, and unfortunately both visits were disappointing. The store itself looks great. It’s clean, well presented, nicely coordinated, and has a premium feel. But the in-store service was poor. On both visits, there were more staff than customers, but no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered any help. I already knew what I wanted from looking online, but I still had to approach the counter myself with the website open on my phone to get any assistance. Multiple items I wanted were also not available in store and had to be ordered in for next-day pickup. That’s not the end of the world, but if I’m going into a physical store, it’s usually because I need the item sooner. Honestly, I don’t understand what could be more important in a retail store than helping a paying customer buy your clothes. I like the clothing, but the in-store experience made me feel like my business is not valued.”

  “went in-store to exchange a jacket i ordered online to a smaller size, checked the website for in-store stock before going to make sure they had it - asked one of the employees for help finding it and she said they didn’t have any sizes left… ordered online for pick up when i left the store and 15 minutes later got the notification it was ready…. either she didn’t actually check or their back room is very unorganized. nice clothes so will continue to shop, but likely only online.”

  “I just spent a good hour in the Chapel Street store and wow. Absolutely blown away by Ella! She was so wonderful. She spent so much time with me, was so patient and was very honest In a thoughtful, caring way. A real girls girl but without the cheese! She understood my wants, likes and needs and showed me options to suit. I hardly ever go shopping but knowing she was in my corner to find my bday outfit felt like I had a lil bestie with me. 100/10 customer service x”
