Highlights included the Oyster Shot, grilled scallops, and the Premium Wagyu Rice Bowl topped with sea urchin, ikura and caviar.   “Had such a lovely experience at Hosaku! The ambience was beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed meal. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and high quality, with every bite tasting so fresh and beautifully prepared. The soft shell crab was definitely one of my favourites and is something I’d highly recommend ordering. We also tried a selection of drinks, which were just as impressive and paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, Hosaku is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for fresh Japanese food, great drinks, a lovely atmosphere, and genuinely friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.”

The sashimi is very fresh and high quality, perfect if you enjoy clean, delicate flavours. The truffle fried rice is really nice, rich and fragrant without being too heavy. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée and it was smooth, creamy, and a perfect sweet ending to the meal. Overall, a great spot for both food and atmosphere. Highly recommend! 🍶✨”
