I went there to pick up then got told by a chinese guy at the counter that I NEED TO FIND MY PARCEL MYSELF WHICH WAS LEFT SOMEWHERE IN THE SHOP FULL OF OTHER PARCELS LEFT AT RANDOM SPOTS THERE. After I expressed unsatisfaction the girl at counter tried to help as I am sure if I didn't show I was unhappy no one was gonna help. That is super ridiculous never experienced this before in my whole life. I am pretty sure they got paid to be left with customer parcels at their shop but serviced like they doing a charity. So poor need a big improvement!!!! If i can give 0 star I would have done it.”

★☆☆☆☆“Dreadful customer service, I brought two cards and had to ask if they could put them in a paper bag, when I got home there was only one card and two envelopes, I called three times and left messages nobody bothered to call back and when I did eventually get through, they just said no cards here. I have the receipt from my bank but they were not interested. NEVER shop there again, what sort of people can't take two minutes to return THREE messages from a client who spent money in their shop, Dreadful customer service and I see on line there are others who have said much the same.”
