  “I really enjoy the whole experience in the Breathtaker. Because of the scary actors, the immersion was quite good. However, I felt the Bloodline and Haunted scenes were more terrifying, as these two escape rooms have background music and more darkness without lights. So hope the Breathtaker can attach the background music in the future. Finally, really enjoy the escape games from Dr Q.”

  “We did Haunted with the live actors and I will just say, 5/5 starts just for the atmosphere. Blindfolded on the way in and I was already ready to tap put. Multiple rooms which are relatively big with corridors and hatches where the live actors can come out. Very scary, we were on level 8/10 in the beginning but me and the girls wanted to leave so we made it 4 and then eventually got to 1 where the live actor is no longer visible. Definitely an experience you need to try. As most reviews say, be prepared for running. Protip… don’t fall to the ground in a big group, you will get trampled.”

  “Ben (one of the co-owners of Dr. Q) deserves recognition for his work! The stories were well made and we could tell he put his heart, soul, blood, tears and sweat into making these escape rooms. Even though he’s one of the owners he’s also personally one of the actors (if you play them super scary ones with actors hunting or also helping you!!). Some of our group members were 🤨 FORTY-FIVE 🤨 minutes LATE 🤨🤨 but he waited for them to ensure they got to still take part - this resulted in the ending of the game AT MIDNIGHT. This shows Ben’s kindness and understanding towards his player base although please I do not encourage nor condone showing up late (actors are being paid by the hour and is just plain disrespectful to everyone involved!). Further to this, we were a large group of more than 10 players which was naturally harder to handle but Ben (and his actors) made it work anyway, that deserves recognition and respect as well!”

  “i did breathtaker with a group of 7 and it was absolutely terrifying. the whole experience was incredibly immersive and genuinely felt like we were in a horror movie. huge props to the actors who put up with a lot from the group i was with and did an amazing job portraying their characters and staying in character - they really sold their performance and made the whole experience come together. highly recommend to anyone looking for an immersive horror/thriller experience!”
