I pressed the help button to let the person know what my situation was and would offer to pay tomorrow as i work tomorrow as well. The lady who i was speaking to was so unbelievably RUDE !! - working in a business customer oriented the way she spoke to me was beyond appalling. Maybe want to reconsider who is behind that help button. Hopefully she sees this and learns from it. I left close to 5.35 on 3/10/24”
