Never had tempura batter like this before, it looks like rice bubbles but it isn't? Nicely fried and goes so well with the udon noodles. The sauce has a yuzu flavour as well which surprised me, enjoyed this combination very much. Sushi rolls were large portions,amazing, would try other flavours next time as we realize both the sushi was a California roll based.”
