When I first started taking my dogs here it was cute boutique everyone was nice it’s four years later and the receptionist nurse women who works the front desk is so rude time and time again. There’s plenty of caring vets in Melbourne you don’t need to tolerate rude front of house staff who can’t be bothered to ever be kind. Especially when you’re often stressed coming to the vet with a sick pet. Bedside manner still matters. So I’ve taken both my dogs elsewhere. Kindness goes a long way b

We have been with them since we moved to Melbourne in 2022. Very happy with the service and support. Staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. Bee (our beloved dog) doesn't mind the visits which is also very important. Thank you! :-)

My French Bulldog has been going to Evervet for years. Recently he went in for what was a severe infection in his right ear, he’s had similar in the past. His left ear was perfectly healthy. Despite suspecting a possible inner ear infection, the vet still proceeded with an ear flush. After the procedure, my dog developed severe neurological symptoms. He was unable to walk, extremely wobbly, and developed a facial droop on the left side. When we returned, the clinic admitted that it’s likely that they had ruptured both eardrums during the flush, causing significant trauma. My dog is now completely deaf, even though only his right ear had an infection to begin with. His left ear which had no issues was also flushed unnecessarily and damaged. To make matters worse, they stopped his antibiotics, despite the fact that middle and inner ear infections typically require long-term antibiotic treatment. I knew this was not appropriate, and it further showed me how inexperienced and careless the care was. It is basic veterinary knowledge that you do not perform a flush when an inner ear infection is suspected, because it risks exactly this type of injury. In my opinion, this was a case of medical negligence. Because of this, we are now facing specialist appointments, CT scans, and ongoing care costs, all while our dog suffers with permanent consequences. If your pet is truly unwell, I would urge you never to bring them to any Evervet clinic. The vets do not follow best practices, and clearly do not know what they are doing. I’ve attached devastating before and after images for reference.

I was quite impressed by Dr. Mark Murray. I've seen 3 different doctors now at Evervet and I had the best experience with Dr. Mark Murray. He was really attentive with my puppy and thoroughly explained to me all the different care that it needs in the next year. I really liked the way he conducted the health examination. The friendly vibe and thorough explanations
