I arrived a bit early but was immediately able to go into the ‘cat room’ where Fern would not be further stressed by other pets and people coming in. Dr Rory was fantastic and explained everything he was doing and why, and clearly gave his thoughts as to my cat’s condition and symptoms, as well as noting some things that might be needed to revisit at another appointment. He also gave me options as to how to proceed in terms of blood tests or further diagnostics, based on his professional opinion and the most likely causes of her tummy upset/his examination. Swan Street Vet is the only veterinary clinic I trust with my girl, as they are always very thorough and forthcoming with information and advice. They also are a part of the ‘Best for Pet’ network, which is so so valuable to me as a low income earner - for $45 per month, I can have unlimited consultations covered, as well as bloodwork and vaccines, and so much more.”
