This required many kilos of carrots and green vegetables which I ordered from Paul, the owner of Ripe Organics, twice a week. He was the most helpful person I have ever come across in retail. Paul placed special orders for me twice a week for seven months and as I lived in Essendon at the time he even let me pick up the greens and carrots from his home which was not too far away from where I lived at the time. Nothing was ever a problem and I am so happy to see that he still has two very busy and successful businesses at Prahran Market, twenty years later. His produce is excellent quality and back then there were no organic shops near where I lived, so he helped me through the most stressful time in my life.”
