I usually take them to Huntingdale Cattery, however since moving closer to the city I thought I would try somewhere new. This was a mistake :( Nellie (as photographed) came home with a sore paw and the cat flu. She has never had either of these problems and I have since spent $600 at the vet! I emailed Cloud Nine & I am still yet to get a response? It's just not good enough, at $50 per day you'd expect to get your cat back in the same condition! A week on and she's still not right (photos below from this morning 21st August).”
