  “My small dog escaped when I was at work and a wonderfully kind stranger took my dog to this veterinary practice. When the practice rang me (using the info on my dogs identification chip), they were happy to care for my dog for a few hours and when my daughter-in-law did pick up my dog the attending vet also did a health check to see if there were any injuries - thankfully there were none. The practice was absolutely wonderful in the care they provided and made no request whatsoever for any payment - in this day and age few businesses do anything without charge and their thoughtfulness and professionalism was beyond any reasonable expectation. I will now take both my dogs there for annual injections and any other health needs. Thank you Mont Albert Veterinary Surgery from one very grateful local resident.”

They took great care of our dog, Tiger when he needed a knee replacement (the photos and cuddles he received from staff - thanks Laura) and for all other conditions.   “We would like to express our appreciation for the wonderful work that Amy has done for Rani, our 11 year old Kelpie and for us. For many years we had taken Rani from Surrey Hills where we live to Narre Warren for vet visits, as Rani had developed an aversion to vets. Amy spent time with her building a relationship with her and skilfully managed her injections etc. Imagine our reaction when we learned that Amy was re-locating to Mont Albert, the adjoining suburb.
