The cocktails are unique and lean toward savoury which goes so perfectly with Italian food - was very interested to see what a Parmeggiano infused gin Negroni tastes like. It did not disappoint! The wine list by the glass is tight and has delicious options - love to see a Sardinian Cannonau. We gave the specials a shake - a tuna crudo that looked too pretty to cut. Eggplant and potato croquettes were heaven. Spaghetti with Moreton Bay bugs and roasted fennel was unique and special and we enjoyed the crispy skin Barramundi. Desserts all looked incredible. Every bite was delicious. What stands out at Sincero is the service. We were never left wanting. Friendly and attentive. Highly recommend - we will be back!”

The signature dish of seaweed pasta was not flavourful. Seafood pasta was okay maybe 3.5/5. Excellent service though!”

The service also follows the same pattern of being repeatedly great, with the waiters, front of house etc always being helpful, professional and welcoming. The menu changes across seasons are also beautifully crafted, with a wide variety of dishes that put a twist on traditional Italian food for a refreshing mix of modern and classic flavours. Have been dining at Sincero since just after they opened, and will definitely be continuing to go back.”
