★★☆☆☆“Went to see Alex for ingrowns and then to have insoles made. Extremely professional and friendly. Loved the insoles he made for me. Went there for a 15 min consult that he insisted on me having to check in on the insoles. After he ran over with his previous appointment, I went in to tell him the insoles were fine and I really liked them. He looked at them and said they looked good. I left after a 4 minute conversation. As I was leaving the receptionist charged me $52 for this consult and I was so shocked I payed. On my drive home I was very upset and felt taken advantage of so I called and asked the receptionist to speak to Alex because $52 for a 4 min appointment is ridiculous. Next day she called me back saying I would not be refunded as they had booked a slot for me but they would begrudgingly offer me another slot in the future for free. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. After spending more than $800 on insoles (appointments included) you would think you would not be treated this way. I will definitely stop recommending this place as I had been, you can find more reasonable services elsewhere.”
