My son has been there a year and he loves it. He feels safe with the educators and enjoys watching and playing with the older kids. We tried other child care centres where they have separate rooms first but it just wasn’t right. Both my wife and I love that all ages learn and play together and that the educators engage with the children as opposed to constant recording of activities with devices. There is a real community vibe and my son looks forward to going there each day, something I never thought possible.

My eldest is on to her third year at CPCCC and my youngest is just starting this year and we couldn’t be happier to have found such a wonderful daycare in the area. It truly feels like a family as the educators are always consistent, half of them having been at the centre for nearly 10 years and the environment being such a fun warm place to be. My daughter absolutely loves going! The mixed ages environment has also really benefited my daughter as she learns to interact with different age groups and formed some really nice friendships. The parent run committee also means everything happening at the centre is transparent with big decisions made collectively. CPCCC is such a special place!

Both our children have loved attending Central Park Childcare over the last 5 years! it is one of the very few centers with mixed age grouping, where the older children take the younger ones under their wing. The staff has been superb and very attentive to each childs needs with a very nurturing and family feel about the place. No need for bells and whistles when all we were after was quality childcare in a family friendly and nurturing environment something we have looked for. Likewise, we have found their rates to be very reasonable as they are a not-for-profit centre and supported by the local council; making a welcome difference to other centres who are there to make a profit. I could not recommend it more highly especially for families wanting to have quality nurturing mixed age childcare at an affordable price.

Central Park Childcare is an absolute hidden gem! I don't understand why more people don't know about it. Our kids have been going there for 3 years and are thriving. This is truly a place with heart and soul, not just shiny new facilities, a place where my kids see the same educators every day, where the educators deeply value connection. Love the multi-age model, like a family where little ones learn from the older ones and the older ones grow in confidence from leading them in play. Love that they have little morning tea and afternoon shared fruit picnics, love the spacious yards (2!) and indoor spaces, love that I can put the kids in for casual days/occasional care. So lucky to have found Central Park :)

We moved our daughter to Central Park Childcare at the start of last year, and it’s been the best decision. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the educators — they are warm, caring and genuinely invested in the kids. It’s a parent-run, not-for-profit centre, which we love. There’s such a strong sense of community, and the staff consistency is amazing — no constant turnover like you see elsewhere. That stability makes a huge difference. The educators are incredibly creative with the space. The rooms are always changing based on the children’s interests and celebrations like Christmas and Lunar New Year. It feels safe, thoughtful and nurturing. Most importantly, my daughter runs in every morning with a huge smile. That says it all. We will miss it when my daughter starts primary school next year. Couldn't recommend it more.
