Fully fenced dog park with agility area, poop bags, bins, dog water fountain, parking & fully fenced small dog area (closed for grass replacement 9/12 - 16/12/2019). Visit the racecourse reserve next door and walk your dog then give them so socialisation in this dog park.

As we have a new puppy dog parks have been hard on him with all dogs of all sizes, but athe Wedge having its own "small dogs only" section was beyond wonderful. We will be back next week!

I suppose that you can make any size and shape block of land into a funky dog park, even a wedge of otherwise underused grassland with a few trees adjacent to a very successful horse racing track. This wedge, so aptly named The Wedge, is in a prime location with very few parking spaces alongside. Parking is, of course, not an issue of you choose to walk your dogs to the dog park, except this one is just a little too far to walk to, especially if dogs have to have plenty further energy to pay at the park. That aside, it happened to be wet on the day I went and the was plenty of mud developing. This might be fun for the dogs to play in, but does necessitate an extra clean! I was impressed with the devoted dog walkers there. I hope to enjoy this dog park many more times to come.

Amazing fenced off dog park with a separate section for small dogs. 2 gates to walk through at each entry to prevent dogs escaping. Doggie bags provided, drinking fountain for dogs, agility course and some park benches to watch your doggies.
