★★★★★“I am so happy with the service my cats received at Kew Cattery. The staff were wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. I really appreciated being allowed to bring my cats’ own belongings, which I know helped them feel more comfortable. I loved receiving the photo updates while they were there, it was so reassuring to see how well they were doing. The facilities were very clean and loved how they let the cats out of their cage separate from other cats in the cattery. I was very happy with how they looked after my cat that has 3 legs and giving him is medicine too. The personal note they came home with was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much care and attention they received. When I picked them up, everything was nicely packed together, which just added to the great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kew Cattery and will definitely be using them again. Thank you from Heidi , Felix and Texas 💜🐈⬛🐈⬛💜”

★★★★★“This has got to be the best Vet and Cattery in the city. The cattery is so reasonably priced and our cat is so happy when he stays there, big shout out to Christine and the other Cattery carers. The staff are endlessly helpful, the Vets are so talented. If you’re looking for a new Vet, don’t look anywhere but here, or their other location in Hawthorn East.”

★★★★★“Dr Ye and the vet student who saw my cat Kitsune were so kind and understanding. Kitsune is a rescue and it was her first visit with the vet since I adopted her, and I was quite anxious. Dr Ye listened to me and was thorough, but very gentle with my little girl. The advice she gave to improve her health was helpful and easy to follow. Thank you, Dr Ye! I’ve used Kew Vet and Cattery before and have always had positive experiences. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. They have genuinely cared about my furry family members 😊”
