Her development has been exponential in the last 12 months and she has made so many friends and absolutely loves all the workers. The kids are well fed and cared for by all the staff and the manager Emma is always responsive and helpful with any requests we have. There is a huge variety of fun activities for the kids and an array of cuisines which the kids are exposed to. Our daughter always arrives and leaves day care a happy child.”

  “I have two daughters enrolled at Kew Kids Early Learning, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Every morning at drop-off, we see their happy smiles. My older daughter, in kindergarten, tells me she is happy at school every day. Similarly, my younger daughter, in the nursery, is so delighted that she doesn't want to leave at pick-up time! The center, housed in a converted church, is spacious and full of character. Each room boasts plenty of indoor and outdoor play areas, allowing the children to explore and learn in various settings. The covered outdoor area is a fantastic feature, ensuring that the children can enjoy outdoor time even on rainy days. Emma, the Service Manager, is very friendly, articulate in communication, and supportive.   “We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our daughter has received at Kew Kids. The educators are friendly and attentive and we feel reassured and comfortable leaving our daughter in their care. We are always welcomed with a smile and friendly hello. The outdoor areas and playgrounds are newly updated, safe and there is plenty of room for children to explore. The indoor areas are clean and spacious. The children enjoy a wide range of activities and experiences and updates are provided throughout the day via the app which includes photos and a detailed schedule of meals, sleep times, nappy changes etc. We feel very lucky to have found Kew Kids and have no hesitation recommending the centre to others.   “This place I think is a bit of a hidden gem. We tried Kew Kids outside our area as we couldn't get any of our days elsewhere and they had good availability. We also started at a difficult time with staff being on extended leave, another leaving to be closer to home and new staff being trained up. But in that time, I've seen the new staff gain confidence and are really great with the kids! You can only put this down to good management and training. Emma and the team have been very accommodating, understanding that many of us are working parents with stressful jobs and knowing your child is being well looked after is a relief. We also get the best videos and pictures each day. I definitely feel like my child has benefited and learnt different skills that I wouldn't have been able to teach him by myself at home.”
